Where do I find my order number?
It is at the top of your confirmation email, right under the subject line. It looks like this, and the year is the year you ordered:

No confirmation email? Check your spam folder, then write to us: the email address you ordered with is enough for us to find it.

Every lamp is engraved after you order it, not picked off a shelf. Here is the whole run, so nothing on this page is a surprise.
About 10 to 14 days from your order to your door.
Timing, again: your lamp is made in 5 to 7 days, then 5 to 7 days of tracked shipping.

Straight after payment. Your confirmation email carries the order number this page asks for.
2Design check
Before anything is engraved, we check your design at full size. If something needs fixing, we write to you first.
3In production
5 to 7 days. Your design is laser-engraved in clear acrylic, set on its LED base, and every lamp is switched on and checked before it is boxed.
4Shipped
5 to 7 days of tracked shipping, with the number on this page and in an email.
5Delivered
Plug it in and switch it on. Anything wrong when it arrives? Write to us and we make it right.

Write to us quickly with your order number. As long as the engraving has not started, we can still swap a photo or the design.

Delivery windows are business days and a customs stop can add a few. Past the window, write to us: we chase the carrier ourselves.
