1. What this policy covers

This policy covers the cookies and the similar technologies (local storage, session storage) that the JoyLamp site places or reads on your device. The law treats them the same way, and so do we.

2. The categories we use

Strictly necessary: they make the site work (cart, checkout, sign-in, your designs, security, remembering your cookie choice). They do not need your consent and cannot be switched off, because the site cannot work without them.

Functional: the support chat. Set only if you accept them.

Audience measurement: aggregate statistics about visits and purchases. Set only if you accept them where your consent is required.

Advertising: none. The site sets no advertising cookie today. If that changes, it will be listed here and asked for before anything is stored.

3. Your choice

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or any country other than the United States, nothing optional is set until you choose. Refusing is as easy as accepting, and you can accept some categories and not others.

If you are in the United States, functional and audience-measurement cookies are on by default, and you can switch them off at any time from "Your Privacy Choices". A Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser switches off audience measurement automatically.

Your choice is kept for 6 months, then we ask again. You can change it at any time from the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent deletes the optional items we can reach and stops new ones from being set.

4. Blocking or deleting cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings (in Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, under Privacy or Site data). Blocking strictly necessary items, or clearing them, empties your cart, signs you out and can detach the designs you made from your device.
