Shipping and returns

Production time
Production takes 7 business days once you approve the render, 4 business days with the express option. The final text has to say whether these are commitments or estimates.
Delivery
Tracked delivery in 3 to 5 business days. Shipping is free over 79 €. TODO: list the countries we ship to and what delivery costs below that threshold, zone by zone.
Order tracking
An email goes out at every step: model built, render to approve, printed, shipped. The tracking number comes with the shipment, and the order tracking page puts you through to support. The final text has to say how long you should wait before flagging an order you have heard nothing about.
Returns and cancellation
Varen din lages på bestilling ut fra bildene og valgene dine, så den kan ikke returneres når produksjonen har startet. Til du godkjenner designet, får du full refusjon. The full exception is in the terms of sale. TODO: confirm market by market whether a statutory cancellation window applies to a made-to-order item at all.
Damaged or wrong orders
Arrived broken, or clearly different from the render you approved: we reprint it free. The final text has to say how to report it and by when; the practical version is in the FAQ.
