Send your photos now: your 3D preview is built from them. You look at it from every angle, you ask for the changes you want, and nothing goes to the printer before your yes.
Preview not right? Write what should change: the outfit, the pose, a prop. We do it again.
The calendar
The clock does not start when you order. It starts when you approve the final render. What you are waiting on is never a machine, it is your own green light.

Photos to avoid
Sunglasses, caps, beauty filters and group shots all hurt the likeness. One sharp, well-lit face per photo is plenty.
