Why this one
They've already been given a pen, a watch and a party
The leaving gift is a hard genre: it has to say thirty years without turning into a gadget. A figurine in work clothes, tool in hand and dates engraved on the base, does exactly that. It sits on a desk or a shelf at home, and it tells a career to whoever looks at it.
The uniform is the point
Scrubs, turnout gear, chef's whites, a hard hat, a lab coat, a mechanic's overalls. Tell us where the badge sits and what's on the belt: the details are what make a colleague laugh when they open it. Company logos and official insignia stay off; the shape and the colors do the work.
The base says what the figure can't
Name, the years, the department, an in-joke: “1991–2026”, engraved underneath. That's what takes it from a nice keepsake to a gift people show.
Built for a group to buy
One person orders, everyone chips in. Past four figures we quote the group. And nobody has to ask the person for a photo: a clear face and one shot in work clothes, even old ones, are enough to start.
The collection
Jobs already delivered
Outfits and tools described by the customers. No company logo and no official insignia is ever reproduced.
How it works
Three steps, and the last one is yours.
You see the piece before it exists, and you're the one who says go.
Send photos and describe what you want
A clear face photo, one in work clothes if there is one. Name the outfit and the tool.

The questions we get
Straight answers.
All questionsWhich uniforms can you do?
Nurse and doctor scrubs, firefighter turnout gear, police uniform, chef's whites, mechanic's overalls, teacher, farmer, pilot, lab coat, hard hat and hi-vis. If it can be described, it can be built. Name it in the “Anything specific?” field.
Where does the badge go?
Where you tell us: left chest, sleeve, or on the belt. Same for the duty belt, the lanyard and what hangs off it. Official insignia and company logos aren't reproduced exactly: the placement, the shape and the colors are what a colleague recognizes.
Can you include a tool or an instrument?
Yes, and it's the detail that lands: stethoscope, wrench, brush, saucepan, extinguisher, clippers, a violin. It's held in the hand or set on the base, never cantilevered.
Can the whole department chip in?
One person orders and everyone contributes: the order stays one order. The engraved base is where the department's message fits, and past four figures it's a group quote.
How long before the leaving party?
In your hands in 6–10 days from the day you approve the render. Order three weeks out and the date is never the problem.
Which professions can you do?
Every one that can be described: healthcare, trades, food, teaching, emergency services, transport, office, farming, the arts. Describe the outfit and the signature tool, and send a photo in uniform if you have one.
It's a surprise. How do I get their photos?
Out of your own albums. A clear photo of the face and one in work clothes, even old ones, are enough to start, and the surprise holds.
Why don't two colleagues share a base?
Because it isn't the same story. Two people on one base read as a couple or a family; two separate bases stand side by side on a desk, or go separate ways the day each of them does.
Can the office keep a copy?
Yes. A second identical print costs 40% less than the first, because the model is already made. One goes home with them, one stays by the coffee machine.
Can we get the career dates engraved?
Yes, $14 per base: a name, the years, a department, a line from the team. It's what replaces the card everyone signs.
