Ask a questionWhen do I send my photos, and how many?
Send them now: your 3D preview is built from them, and there is no preview without them. One sharp, straight-on photo of the face is enough to start. Two or three more, from other angles and full-length, make the result noticeably better, and each character gets their own set of photos.
What if I don't like the preview?
Write what should change: the outfit, the pose, a prop. We do it again. You can also get ahead of it: the “Anything specific?” field on the Options step is read before we start anything, for an outfit, a pose or a prop you care about.
What's the difference between the style and the universe?
The style is how you're drawn: faithful to the photo, chibi, or in cubes. The universe is what you're wearing and what you're doing: nothing in particular, armor, wedding wear, a jersey. The two combine freely: all 24 results exist.
Can I get a figurine of my pet?
Yes, and it's a format like any other: pick “1 pet” or “2 pets” on the Format step. The style and the universe then disappear: a dog comes out as it is, with its patches and its real pose. To be on the base with it, take “1 person + 1 pet”.
Can I change my mind after ordering?
As long as you haven't approved the 3D render, yes: you get a full refund. Once production starts, the figurine is being made for you alone, so it is no longer returnable.
